3-Year Residential Frame & Craftsmanship Warranty

Royal Teak Collection plantation-grown Grade-A teak frames, 304 stainless steel hardware, powder-coated aluminum structures, and hand-woven olefin/HDPE rope and wicker components are warranted to the original residential purchaser for three (3) years from the date of delivery against structural defects in materials and workmanship (such as joint failure, structural cracking, or weld separation). Natural weathering of untreated teak to a silver-gray patina and minor seasonal surface checking are natural traits of solid heartwood teak and do not affect structural integrity.

5-Year Sunbrella® Performance Fabric Limited Warranty

All genuine Sunbrella® solution-dyed acrylic upholstery on our Cove Outdoor Living collection, Royal Teak deep-seating cushions, and outdoor throw pillows is backed by a five (5) year limited warranty against loss of color or loss of strength from normal exposure to sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. Cushion foam cores and polyfiber inserts carry a 1-year warranty against premature loss of resiliency.

Seasonal Care Summary

• Grade-A Teak: Wash seasonally with mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft-bristle brush. Never pressure-wash solid teak. Leave untreated for a classic silver-gray patina, or apply a water-based teak protector seasonally to preserve golden-brown tones.
• Sunbrella® Cushions & Cove Covers: Brush off loose dirt, spot-clean spills promptly with mild soap and lukewarm water, or unzip removable covers for a cold-water delicate wash and air dry (never machine-dry).
