Shipping & scheduled delivery

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. This is the shipping window, not the delivery date. Backordered items and unavailable cushion combinations follow their stated availability.

We use guaranteed delivery service for on-time deliveries. The carrier will call to schedule your delivery appointment. Provide a phone number where you can be reached and tell the carrier about any access restrictions.

Before delivery

Arrange for an adult to receive the shipment. Have your order confirmation and a phone or camera ready. Check your delivery service details so you know what is included.

1. Photograph the wrapped pallet

Before removing wrap, straps, or packaging, photograph the entire pallet from all accessible sides, the shipping label, and any crushed, torn, wet, punctured, or disturbed packaging.

2. Inspect and record damage before signing

Check the shipment against the delivery paperwork for missing cartons and visible damage. Note specific damage or shortages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt before signing. For example: “Carton 2 punctured on right side; pallet corner crushed.” Keep a copy or photo of the signed paperwork.

If you see substantial damage, contact Made 4 Outdoor for guidance while the driver is present when possible. Do not assume a verbal report to the driver will appear on the paperwork.

3. Inspect furniture before assembly

Unpack carefully and inspect every piece before assembling or using it. Check frames, tabletops, legs, joints, cushions, and hardware for damage or missing parts. Take close-up photos of any issue and wider photos showing the affected item.

4. Report any issues promptly

Stop assembly of the affected item and contact Made 4 Outdoor through our contact page. Include your order number, affected item, a description of the issue, photos of the wrapped pallet, packaging and furniture, and a copy of the delivery receipt.

Keep the pallet, cartons, labels, wrapping, and packing materials until the issue has been reviewed. Inspect the furniture even if the outer cartons appear intact; damage can be concealed by packaging.

Receiving checklist: photograph the wrapped pallet; inspect the shipment; note visible damage or shortages on the BOL; inspect furniture before assembly; photograph and report any issues promptly.
