30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want every piece you select for your terrace, patio, or poolside deck to fit effortlessly. Unused, unassembled items in their original factory cartons and pallet packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@made4outdoor.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our logistics team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange prepaid parcel labels or LTL freight pickup instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our Florida or North Carolina facility, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, less actual return freight/shipping charges.
Warehouse Sale & Custom Orders
Items explicitly marked Final Sale and custom commercial orders are not eligible for buyer’s-remorse return, but remain fully protected by our transit damage coverage and manufacturer structural warranties.
Transit Damage & Defective Items
If any piece arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, there is never a return fee. Please photograph the packaging and item within 5 days of receipt and email support@made4outdoor.com—we will promptly dispatch replacement components or a replacement piece at no cost.
